We believe that “great people make unconfined teams”. Our people have never been increasingly diverse; and this makes us stronger. As an organisation, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to enable our people to be the weightier versions of themselves. This is why we have decided to publicly embrace and gloat the LGBTI polity at Objective and beyond. Globally, we are seeing a shift in the way that companies express their views on the social issues that impact the lives of the people in our communities. To coincide with the 40th year-end of the Mardi Gras festival here in Sydney (and other pride celebrations taking place virtually the world), we are launching a wayfarers that celebrates this diversity. For the next two weeks, we are proud to exhibit a rainbow version of the Objective logo on our website. The many colours of our world-class product suite will come together to show that we have joined slantingly the thousands of organisations in Australia who have publicly pledged their support for those who identify as LGBTI.
